Dietmar Rath is co-founder and Partner at Hegel Karbenn & Cie. Prior to his current function, for ten years he worked for the investment banking division of Sal. Oppenheim in the M&A department with focus on the utility sector, most recently in his position as Senior Vice President, and previously with KPMG Corporate Finance and Fresenius AG. Dietmar Rath completed his studies of business administration at the University of Cologne and alongside worked in the USA and Canada.
