Martin Lawin

Martin Lawin is co-founder and Vice President at Hegel Karbenn & Cie. Prior to that, Martin worked for the investment banking division of Sal. Oppenheim in the M&A department with focus on the utility sector, most recently as Senior Associate. He began his career with the M&A department of KPMG Corporate Finance in 2005. He has been active in the field of mergers & acquisitions and has assisted on various domestic and cross-border transactions both buy- and sell-side, as well as public takeovers and financing projects. Martin Lawin earned his degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and worked besides his studies for investment banks in Frankfurt, Cologne and New York.
