Thüga Aktiengesellschaft, Munich, takes over the Vattenfall Europe AG, Berlin, minority stake (24.9%) in Städtische Werke Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel.

The involved parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Thüga Aktiengesellschaft is nucleus to the largest group of municipal utilities in Germany, which consists of over 90 municipal utilities.
