Vattenfall sells minority stake in ENSO Energie Sachsen Ost AG

EnergieVerbund Dresden GmbH acquires Vattenfall Europe´s minority stake (21.3%) in ENSO Energie Sachsen Ost AG.
The purchase price amounts to € 147m.

ENSO is a regional multi-utility company, supplying approx. 400,000 customers with electricity and about 100,000 with natural gas in Eastern Saxony. In addition, ENSO is active in the fields of energy-related services and local heat supply as well as waste-water disposal.
