Disposal of an onshore wind farm portfolio in France

Darmstadt

The German utility HEAG Südhessische Energie AG (HSE) headquartered in Darmstadt sold a wind farm portfolio with a generation capacity of some 31 megawatts to the fund FP Lux Investments S.A. SICAV, Luxembourg.

The portfolio comprises the operational onshore wind farms Montafilant (10.3 megawatts) in the region of Pays de la Loire as well as Le Charmois (12.3 megawatts) and Chermisey (8.2 megawatts) in the region of Lorraine.

HKCF acted as exclusive M&A advisor to HSE.
