HKCF acted as financial advisor to üstra Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe AG (Üstra) in the structuring and implementation of the corporate financing

HKCF successfully supported üstra Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe AG in raising almost € 250 million in debt capital on an unsecured basis. A key component is a green loan of € 100 million from the European Investment Bank (EIB). This is based on a Green Financing Framework developed by ÜSTRA for this purpose in conjunction with a second party opinion from imug rating. The project structured by HKCF is supplemented by further loans from DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, among others.
